We keep descriptions, photographs and amenities up to date, but details can change with the seasons and with maintenance. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer; your stay is governed by the booking terms you accept when you reserve.
Bookings and prices
The "Check availability" booking form on this site is provided by tribalsand.com and shows its live availability and rates. Reservations are made with Tribal Sand, and the Tribal Sand terms and conditions, including payment, cancellation and the smoke-free policy, apply to every stay. An enquiry sent through this site is a request for information, not a confirmed booking.
Experiences and third parties
Kitesurfing, boat trips, safaris and other experiences are provided by independent operators arranged through our concierge. Each operator's own terms, insurance and safety rules apply. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Content and copyright
Text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Tribalsand LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and download material for personal use, but not reproduce it commercially without written consent.
